Passenger assistance

We offer special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility or special needs.

Please contact us if you:

  • have reduced mobility
  • need to use a wheelchair at the airport
  • need to use a pram at the airport
  • need other special assistance

Please let us know at least 48 hours before your flight departs. You can do this when booking your ticket, by contacting our ticket office or online via Manage My Booking when your flight is booked. We will do our best to ensure that you receive the service requested.

Travelling with your own wheelchair

Travelling with your own wheelchair

We can usually accommodate your own wheelchair on board the aircraft.You can bring one mobility aid item, such as a wheelchairfree of charge.

If you wish to use your own wheelchair at the departure gate , we will do what we can to meet your wish. Unfortunately this is not always possible.

When you book your ticket, please supply the dimensions and weight of your wheelchair. If your wheelchair weighs more 30 kg, you will need a special permit in order to comply with  weight and space limitations. This will be available when you book your ticket.

Special rules apply if you have an electric wheelchair. Please contact our ticket office at tel . +45 75 33 16 11 for more information.

Please note that in some airports wheelchairs and other mobility aids will be checked in as baggage and returned at the baggage carousel at the destination airport. You can borrow a wheelchair at the airport if necessary.

Please arrive at the check in desk at least 30 minutes before usual check-in time so we have enough time to board your wheelchair.

Note that due to the limited space in our Dornier 328 and Jetstream 31 ​​aircraft you can only bring a collapsible wheelchair

Traveling with guide dog

Guide dogs are welcome in the cabin and are free of charge.

Please contact our ticket office on tel. +45 75 33 16 11 no later than 72 before departure if you plan to travel with your guide dog.

Note that we only allow one pet per departure.

Friday 12th May: 08.30 to 11.30 and 17.00 to 20.00

Thursday 25th May: 08.30 to 11.30 and 17.00 to 20.00

Friday 26th May:  08.30 to 11.30 and 17.00 to 20.00
