If you are pregnant, please advise the airline when you book your ticket. After 8 months of pregnancy, you will be requested a medical clearance to fly with St Barth Commuter.
Unaccompanied Minors (U.M)
A child under the age of 12 is considered as an “Unaccompanied Minors” (U.M).
St Barth Commuter accepts Unaccompanied Minors only on its flights between St-Barthélemy (SBH) and Saint-Martin Grand Case (SFG).
A special form must be filled in by the parents and handed over to the airline at the check-in.
People of Reduced Mobility (PMR)
For anyone who has a physical handicap and needs ground assistance between the airport terminal and the aircraft, St Barth Commuter can provide a wheelchair at departure and arrival.
In order for us to best meet your needs for special assistance, please make your assistance request when you book your ticket, or at least 48 hours before your departure.
Important notice :
Due to our aircraft’s cargo compartments restrictions, St Barth Commuter do not allow the transportation of motorised wheelchairs on its flights (only non battery-powered wheelchairs are accepted).

We are pleased to welcome your pets (cats and dogs only) aboard our flights without additional fees.
In the cabin :
St Barth Commuter accepts only cats and dogs. Your animal must weigh maximum 8 kg (18 lbs).
It must be carried in a ventilated bag that will remain on your lap during all the flight.
The maximum size of the bag is: 45 x 35 x 20 cm
Beyond 8 kg (18 lbs), only “Service Dogs” are accepted in cabin for qualified individuals with a disability.
There are no additional charges for service animals traveling in the cabin.
For a Service Dog to travel with you in the aircraft cabin, you must:
– Let us know that you will be travelling with a service dog at least 48 hours prior to departure.
– Provide evidence of your disability.
– Carry and present at check-in a recognised Service Dog ID card or documentation.
– Be sure that your service animal comply with all sanitary/hygiene requirements in the departure, arrival and connection countries.
– Be sure that it remains leashed at all times.
– Be sure that it is be well-behaved in all circumstances.
In the baggage/cargo compartments :
Pets transportation in the checked baggage compartment is forbidden on St Barth Commuter’s flights.
Due to the luggage compartments restrictions of our aircraft, cages (even empty) are strictly forbidden on our flights.
