Women in pregnancy
1- 25 weeks of pregnancy.
There are no restrictions, to travel by air.
26-34 weeks of pregnancy
Any pregnant woman travelling by air between the 26th and the 34th week of pregnancy is required to have a certificate from a doctor confirming that it is safe for her pregnancy to travel. The certificate you will hand over to your Airline.
35 weeks of pregnancy
Pregnant women are not allowed to travel by air, when they are on the 35th or later week of pregnancy.
In order to provide our services please contact our company prior to the ticket issuance and at least 48 hours before the schedule time of departure of your preferred flight.
Blind or deaf passengers
If you or any of your travelling party has hearing or sight difficulties please contact us or your travel agency before booking. The seats of the disabled travelers are limited so please make this request in advance.
We’ll arrange for you to board in advance so that the cabin crew can explain the safety requirements onboard the aircraft.
Guide or assistance dogs will be free of charge provided they have been trained by a recognized training organization and the passenger is in possession of official documentation confirming that the dog is a fully trained guide or assistance dog.
The charge for this service is 10€, per way.
Parent or guardian will also have to remain at the airport area at least 30 minutes after the departure of the flight.
An UMNR (Unaccompanied Minors form) should be completed from the airport ground staff , with all necessary information that is needed at both airports.
Physical presence of the parent or guardian is needed at the destination airport, for delivering the UM and getting the appropriate verifications.
Pet in cabin
For transportation, pets will have to be carried in a plastic or metallic box, which will be placed under the seat in front of you.
Please be informed that weight restrictions apply. The pet must not exceed the weight of 5 kg, including transport box, that must not exceed the dimensions 40 x 25 x 20 cm.
Please have available during the check in process, all necessary documents for your pet, including health / vaccination booklet which also verify that you are the owner of the pet.
At the deparrture airport you will also pay the fees for transporting the pet, which comes at the amount of 20€ for the pet in cabin and 40€ for the pet in hold, which we carry in your own box.
The pet should remain into the box, during the flight.
We operate daily from from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00, in weekends and holidays from 10:00 to 18:00 in order to serve you.
